Surrogacy

Step 1. Matching and Meeting
Upon receipt of your application, we will conduct an initial consultation with you to better understand your needs and circumstances. We will then send you a surrogate profile for your review. If you think there is a surrogate candidate for you, your project manager will arrange for you to meet with the surrogate mother. If the parties agree, the next step will be to conduct medical and psychological examinations.
Step 2. Examination Process
Once you have successfully paired, the first step is to go to the reproductive clinic for medical and psychological examinations.

Step 3. More Medical Examination
Medical check Doctor Surrogacy will serve as an intermediate point of contact between your surrogate and reproductive doctors, coordinating all necessary medical tests and assessments. Doctor Surrogacy's project manager will discuss their testing requirements directly with your reproductive clinic coordinator. A representative of Doctor Surrogacy will also participate in the inspection of your surrogate agent. If you are unable to participate in these checks, we will send you a check report.
Step 4. Psychological Assessment
All clinics require psychological assessments of surrogate pregnant women to ensure that they understand the process of surrogacy and are emotionally prepared to become surrogate mothers. All clinics require standardized tests on surrogate mothers, such as the MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Scale).

Step 5. Legal Procedures
Once matched, both parties will begin legal proceedings with the assisting reproductive lawyer. You will start with a lawyer consultation, which will help protect your legal matters during the surrogacy process. The surrogacy protocol covers many things, such as the number of embryo transfer, payment and compensation, and confidentiality. Doctor Surrogacy will assist in recommending lawyers and provide the help needed for prospective parents and surrogate mothers. Once the contract is finalized, signed by the parties and notarized, the surrogate mother can start the relevant medication according to the guidance of the in vitro fertilization doctor.
Step 6. Pregnancy and Childbirth
The IVF clinic will guide your surrogate mother to take hormone drugs to allow her body to transplant your embryos smoothly. This medication may include daily drug injections (different circulation schemes in different clinics). Your surrogate mother will go to your IVF clinic for an ultrasound (check your endometrium) and an embryo transfer. Your surrogate mother will visit her own doctor/obstetrician/midwifery nurse during pregnancy, and many prospective parents will accompany her to these hospitals to make an appointment. Some prospective parents will choose to host a small party, show a pregnant photo or a baby party with the surrogate mother. Experience the pregnancy process together!

Step 7. Establish Parent-child Relationship
If the transplant is successful and pregnant, then it is usually necessary to start a parent-child relationship between 16 and 18 weeks of pregnancy. With the assistance of reproductive law attorneys, prospective parents are required to establish their legal parent-child relationship in the state where the child was born. We will assist you in recommending an Assisting Reproductive Attorney, and we will be here to assist you as needed.
